Born in Tahiti, raised in American Samoa and Washington, D.C., Tema holds a BA from BYU–Hawaii and an MBA from BYU. She’s a full-service real estate agent with her husband Mike, consistently ranking in Utah’s Top 250 for the past three years. In 2023, she was ranked #4 out of 1,100 agents at Realtypath.

Tema also manages the Eni & Hina Faleomavaega Foundation, which supports Pacific Island students through scholarships at BYU–Hawaii, American Samoa Community College, University of Utah, BYU, and Kahuku High School.

Her top priorities are faith, family, fun, food, travel, tennis, and music.
